What do you mean “Are You Ready?” Many responses to this question have the same answer: ‘I’m comfortable and doing just fine right where I am at.’
However, we transform every day even if we are not consciously aware of it. If you are desiring to transform and raise your energetic vibration and conscious awareness of what the next step is on your journey- tune in here!

Let’s have a look at the 5-Rhythms again. We are leaving the rhythm of Fire-Summer. Next is the Transitional time of Earth= Autumn or Indian Summer. The Rhythm of Earth prepares us for letting go of that which is not serving our higher good. The time for letting go and transforming is in the Fall. Fall is of the rhythm of Metal.

Metal is the time for letting go just as Mother Nature does. Leaves begin to turn color as they prepare to be released back to the earth. Squirrels are very busy stashing away their winter stores of food. Birds are eating seed in large quantities in order to gain the weight needed to endure winter.

Everything is preparing for the Transformation to the next part of the journey in life. Fall is the time to release and let go of emotions we have been holding on to. Examine what bothersome thoughts are running through your head all day. Look for the source of the bothersome thought and release it through your heart. Fill this cleared space with the energy of your Heart.

For example- I am moving from Minnesota at the end of September. Illinois is my new destination for my energy work to continue and to be closer to family. The past six weeks has been a time of purging and ‘letting go of’…..(many things). Emotions have come forward that needed to be released in order for my Transformation to continue moving forward. The energetic, physical, emotional, and Spiritual aspects of self supports our Transformation for the next step in our life.

A few easy ways to foster your Transformation include (but not limited to):
Release your emotional baggage.
Love Yourself- unconditionally.
Let go of control.
Accept yourself without judgement.
Are you listening to your Heart? (or is ego running wild inside your head?)
Silence the monopoly of ego by recognizing it’s out of control.
Breathe through the Heart and release what your stressors may be.
Listen to your Heart’s whisper for information about your Transformation.
